Whoa! No more details than this??? How dare you leave us hangin' like this!!!!!

You know what I was thinking for the Hello, Cupcake challenge... Tell me if you think this is insane. I might scan 3 or 4 of the cupcakes from the book, let people make which ever one they want, and then randomly choose one for the winner. At least that way I know the people who enter are serious about wanting the book (and don't just want to make a quick buck on craigslist). How does that sound??

I came across your blog from someone else's trying to figure our who's now..any way I had the exact thing happen to me last week! The batter I made is slightly temperamental and I believe it had too much air when (not during the butter/sugar, but adding the milk/flour combinations, if that helps any...but I'm sure once you leveled then they were great! your beach cake is gorgeous!
