That's just too perfect. Wow.
:-( That's the pits! But I am interested in the pans and how you were going to serve them.
hahahahaha. that's how it goes.
oh man, that is so sad...
I laughed out loud.
Stay tuned, Barbara. This cake is part of an order to be delivered tomorrow. So... the show must go on!
Whoa! No more details than this??? How dare you leave us hangin' like this!!!!!You know what I was thinking for the Hello, Cupcake challenge... Tell me if you think this is insane. I might scan 3 or 4 of the cupcakes from the book, let people make which ever one they want, and then randomly choose one for the winner. At least that way I know the people who enter are serious about wanting the book (and don't just want to make a quick buck on craigslist). How does that sound??
Oh no, Amanda. Dang. The trial run seriously looks magazine perfect, if that's any consolation. It probably isn't.
I came across your blog from someone else's trying to figure our who's now..any way I had the exact thing happen to me last week! The batter I made is slightly temperamental and I believe it had too much air when (not during the butter/sugar, but adding the milk/flour combinations, if that helps any...but I'm sure once you leveled then they were great! your beach cake is gorgeous!
