I made this video about a week ago. I made it as a joke, with a lot of input from my brother.
(That guy.)
But then I showed it to a few people. And when they stopped lolling, they each said the same thing: "You need to post this."
So... thank them, if you like the video. If you don't... let me know to smack them the next time I see them.
(I'm cringing over here.)
Anyway... the point of this video WAS to mark the day that I did my first three unassisted chin-ups.
What is the real take-away of this video?
